I you like a digitized version of the original 'hard' mushaf, I think the Quran apps by SHL Info Systems is what you are looking for. I think their Quran Kareem app is one of the best Quran apps on the app store today.

This is a great list of applications that include some that I already use and some I was not aware of. THANKS! Here are a couple that I found and use daily that others might find helpful. I use "Salah Times" on my I-phone. It has GPS ability to know what the salah times are in whatever location you happen to be in...great for those who travel a lot. I also use "Daily Hadith". It provides a new hadith every day and stores each by title aphabetically so you can revisit each one later if you want. It also has options to send the hadith to friends as an e-mail.
