We live in the REAL world… You can’t even watch an Islamic video on YouTube without being exposed to some sort of sexual content popping up in your face…. Muslim husbands and wives are not immune to being affected by this stuff. In fact, according to Google, the country with the highest number of porn-related searches is Pakistan – an Islamic state!
Clearly, we need to learn how to balance the expression of our sexuality because repression and ignorance are not the answer. And within marriage, it is more than halal. You will actually be blessed for trying to please your husband in that way, just as he would be blessed for doing the same for you. Allahu Alim.
Assalaam walikum. I can understand where you are coming from. On one hand, the class sounds like some old-fashioned self-help session that is going to just repeat the same old common sense. On the other, it may be beneficial for those who need some encouragement without the competition of a group of sisters.
Salaam and thanks for the advice. I think it is very important to be attractive for your husband. All this is in the confines of your marriage and it is not harem to please you hushand. A nice dinner at home; do something special like have his bath water ready when he gets home. I love my silk PJ’s my husband bought me. I can relaxe and be sexy for him and he is happy. Yes you need to be clean smell good for him.Sometimes we get away for a week-end trip just to enjoy each other and I always make sure I wear something nice for him besides my flannel PJ’s.:)

For those you cant understand this concept need to understand that our religion is first common sense, humane and true to the nature of human being. There are ways of fulfilling human desires like hunger, prosperity, beauty , love and partnership but the only difference is there is a Halal way and one that is haram not just because our religion says so but it says so in order to eradicate the evil that’s destroy the very core of society. Earning through Halal methods means every one has a just fare and justice prevails n seeps through to the core of society. Love partnership n romance are a basic human Need both fr men n women n Allah has given us a Halal means to enjoy it through marriage.if only we understood that alot of families would still be together and would not have broken up.may Allah open our mind and our hearts to the true teachings of Islam , peace be on the the Holy Prophet and his Family! There’s nothing wrong with being sexy for your husband. Being sexy is natural part of the female anatomy. I’m not sure if we need an entire class dedicated to it. Just post a blog about different products for women.

The way the class works is that you will call a phone number and listen to the class live over the phone, at the end of each lesson, you’ll be able to ask questions.
i definately think this is a good idea. its so important to feel like a woman after working, cooking, cleaning, bathtime, storytime, ironing. after all of that u often feel too tired to even shower and fall asleep on the couch. not very romantic. imagine your husband comes home to a goddess batting her eyelashes at him. his jaw will drop. often we neglect this extremely important aspect of marriage. besides we wouldnt like coming home to hubby in track pants and a holey tshirt :)

Missed your class but want to give you a thumbs up for the whole concept! I’m not a Muslim (yet! ), but I know a number of Muslim men (college students) with posters of Kim Kardashian up on the walls of their flats and so you KNOW what they’re thinking is hot… (I don’t approve of it, but it’s obvious they’re no different from most men their age.) I’m sure when they marry and are out and about in the workaday world, having a nice wife at home in hijab is a great, but I think they would appreciate it MUCH MORE if underneath that hijab was the lovely bride of their youth!

Here’s more. One of the women in my work place is a hijabi. Her personal comportment is perfect, she carries herself with an air of self confidence and high self esteem. She’s covered from head to toe in traditional Muslim apparel (nothing shows except her face and hands), and without any doubt she is the sexiest woman on the block. And she’s pregnant.
